Center for Technological Pain (CTP) has been doing research on relieving pain caused by technology since 2017. CTP has been developing various DIY methods of eliminating health problems that can arise from digital technology, such as smartphones and laptops. Some of the methods are devices like glasses with shades that prevent eyestrain, educational workshops and self-defense classes from technology. The CEO Dasha Ilina believes that everyone should have access to means of eliminating tech-related health problems.
